I qualified for Breast Augmentation (Breast Implants). Dr. White has his patients watch a thorough informative video before informing his potential clients what Augmentation they qualify for. I have debated for years whether I should get implants or not, especially after having my 2 kids. What delayed my decision was finding a doctor to perform my surgery and price. I finally got the courage and motivation to research a doctor. Over the years, I always heard that the best plastic surgeons were in California and Dallas, TX. California is too far from Louisiana and its a bit expensive, however Dallas is just a few hours away and affordable. While googling plastic surgeons in the Dallas area, I came upon Dr. White’s site. I read over his reviews, looked over the videos on his site, and all his previous clients’ photos. I decided to make a consultation appointment based on all of these factors. I really did not see any bad reviews except an individual mentioning the consultation fee, which goes towards the over price if you decide to get the surgery. Dr. White’s staff is so friendly, respectful, and personable. They care about your needs and they take the time to cover everything, what to expect, prices, pre-ops, post-ops, etc. Dr. White was the same, he made sure I was knowledgeable on the procedure I qualified for and discussed all my concerns. I had a good feeling about Dr. White, the turnaround timeframe to book my surgery to my surprise was very convenient, he had appointments that following week. I booked my surgery a few weeks later. We went over the size I desired and he explained his thoroughness when it comes to his surgery. Dr. White believes in perfection. I am in my six week of recovery and I feel great. Going through the healing process Dr. White explains what your body will go through, which I had to remind myself over and over, haha. Now, I see my breast and I absolutely love them! I would definitely recommend Dr. White for Breast Augmentation. He tends to his patient’s needs. The hospital staff is very friendly, the facility is clean, and nice. They make you feel at home. Ever since I was a little girl I knew I wanted to have a breast augmentation. I was fearful of the procedure and feared of getting botched. I highly recommend Dr. White. I am 6 months post-surgery and am very pleased with my breast reduction results. My case was challenging as I previously used another surgeon with subpar results. After 2 surgeries, the PREVIOUS physical never actually provided a reduction but a lift only and those results were minimal at best. Dr. White was transparent and forthcoming with the challenges to my case but was thorough in answering my questions as well as providing an OUTSTANDING result. I decided to do the Mentor Memory Gel implants for my Breast Augmentation. I am 26 yrs old and have wanted larger, proportionate breasts since i was young and it has always been an insecurity of mine especially with always having a tall, thin body. I had an extended abdominoplasty done about 2 months ago and it was the best decision ever! Dr. White is a phenomenal surgeon, he is truly an artist (let my newly sculpted stomach speak for his work), he is so meticulous in the details of his work but also compassionate and develops a plan unique to you! I never had surgeries in the past so my initial fear was going under general anesthesia and post recovery. When I had my initial consultation with him I knew he was the one. He explained step by step what the procedure would entail and showed a series of photos of his amazing work. Although his prices were higher than some surgeons out there I knew that if I wanted to have this procedure I wanted the "best", not "second best". I visited Dr. White with the hopes of getting a breast augmentation after the birth of my son. I had him at 23. Even before I breast fed, I have naturally had saggy breasts. I had a breast augmentation done 6 weeks ago. After breastfeeding and working out my breast literally went from a good size B to an A I could bearly fill. For me having no cleavage made me self conscious on anything I wore. Super happy with my results - the surgery went as smooth as they said it would - I had my breast augmentation in April of 2021. I am now 5 months post op and I love how i look! I have wanted to get a breast augmentation most of my adult life. I never felt confident and proportionate. After having two kids, it just got worse. My biggest fear was choosing the wrong surgeon and hating the outcome. I researched online and got opinions from friends about who they used. Extended Breast Reduction and Breast Lift - Happy Client! - I had a breast reduction and breast lift done on 12/5/19. Dr. Steven J. White performed my extended tummy tuck on 9/26/19 and it went amazingly well that I wanted him to do my breast surgery. I was worried since I did not know what to expect. I have struggled with weight fluctuations in the past 15 years and most of my weight centered around the sides of my breast. It made wearing tight fitting shirts not an option. Dr. Steven J. White was able to provide me with an extended breast reduction as well as the breast lift. I am now 6 months from surgery and they look AMAZING! The recovery time was faster than I had expected. I travel often for my line of work so I was worried that I had an important trip planned 10 days after surgery. Once I had the surgery, I opted to spend two days in the hospital and my recovery at home was a breeze. Of course he made sure I came in the first couple of weeks a few times during the week to check on my progress. I am a 19-year-old college student who has dealt with the struggle of having a large chest before I was even old enough to really know what breasts were. Anytime you go into surgery it can be a scary thing. This was my first time and I didn't know what to expect, I read reviews online and did my research but it was still all new. When I first met Dr White, I knew right away that he was the right doctor for me. He and his staff were wonderful. I could tell that he really cared about me and my personal needs. I developed large male breasts at the age of 12, which is probably the last time I was out in public without a shirt. Even with a shirt on, I was always embarrassed and self-conscious about my chest. I have put off having a breast reduction and lift for years. As a retired nurse, I know the difference in doctors and their results. At age 64, my 28 year old breast implants decided they?d been around long enough, and one started leaking. After my annual mammogram, my initial instincts were confirmed, and I needed to have them remove. I hadn?t a clue where to go, since the doctor who had done the original surgery had retired six months prior to my issue. I spoke with my dermatologist, and asked if she could give me any recommendations. Her immediate answer was Dr. Steven White. She?d seen quite a bit of his work, and put him at the top of her list. The following day, I called Dr. White?s office and within a few days, had my initial consultation. My implants needed to be removed, and I chose to do nothing else at that time? perhaps a lift in the future. I also discussed the possibility of a tummy tuck? just a thought. I have exercised several days (4 or 5) a week for the past six years, and I can?t seem to make a difference in my shape or my size (I?d like to blame gravity, but I?m sure age has something to do with it!) I have always been reasonably fit, watched my diet, and watched my waist get thicker and my belly softer!!! So, five weeks after my breast surgery?which was uncomfortable for a couple of weeks, but not unbearable, my husband and I decided I should proceed with an abdominoplasty. I mean, if you don?t have any boobs left, why would you want a belly! After surgery, I must say, the discomfort was pretty significant for the first two weeks, but the results are terrific. I am truly ecstatic with the results of my right breast lift and reduction. I was born with Poland's syndrome, which in my case, means I have underdeveloped muscle tissue and breast on my left side. After living with this abnormality for 26 years I decided to go through with the suggested procedure. And I plan to follow through with an augmentation procedure in 6 months. I saw 3 different doctors, including Dr. White. They all had 3 different recommendations and attitudes. Dr. White and his staff were by far the most professional. For years, I've been considering surgery for gynecomastia (male breast reduction), never feeling comfortable when wearing tight shirts or for that matter...wearing no shirt. I went to several cosmetic surgeons for consultations, and eventually was referred to Dr. Steven White by a close friend and medical doctor. He told me that Dr. White would be his personal choice and I could expect nothing short of perfection?. I am now two months after the procedure and have indeed had an outstanding experience with Dr. White as well as his staff throughout this journey. The results are truly magical. Dr. White's approach was very different than all the other surgeons I consulted with. He uses a liposuction cannula (the "straw" that is used for liposuction) that is half the diameter of that commonly used by the rest of the profession. He also targets not only the breast area, but also the upper torso down to just above the navel. This procedure takes a bit longer...I was "asleep" for nearly 5 hours, though it seemed like a minute to me. However, the narrow cannula allowed for more precise suction, speeded up my recovery time, made the incision around the nipple area invisible and healed nicely to provide a very natural result, given the shrinking of the larger surface area treated. Dr. White was also very patient and compassionate, answering any questions I had and providing great support, together with his top-notch staff at the office and at the Texas Institute for Surgery. After many years with breast implants put in by another doctor, I decided at 56 years old that it was time to have them removed. I had never been really happy with them (too big) and I felt they were making me look matronly rather than sexy. So I made an appointment with Dr. White because of his high ratings and reputation as a Dallas area surgeon. I expressed all of my fears to him about my age and the likelihood that I would look deformed and saggy. Dr. White never made any false promises to me, but immediately assured me that he would do everything in his power to get the best possible outcome. Dr. White performed a Bilateral Capsulectomy with Explanation, meaning he removed the implants as well as the capsule and scar tissue around them. Although I am left with a smaller breast size than I was before the implants, I am so pleased with the results. After following all of Dr. White's instructions to the letter, and 6 weeks of wearing a compression bra, I am amazed that the skin has shrunken as much as it has. Dr. White had initially said that I would probably need to come back and have a breast lift, and although it would probably make them look even better, they look acceptable now. If I decide not to go through with a lift, I am still very satisfied with the results. I am a 40 year old registered nurse, former research scientist, and former quality assurance analyst. I have had nine surgeries, six of which have been cosmetic. I went to one board certified plastic surgeon for liposuction; after two attempts and $20,000, he still didn't get it right. Next, I had a rhinoplasty by another plastic surgeon that checked out under investigation --- but this surgery has worsened my breathing problem. I then proceeded to have breast implants and a mini tummy tuck with another very reputable board certified surgeon. I woke from surgery with extreme itching yet was sent home after surgery. By the next day while at home, the skin on my abdomen was sloughing off like I had been burned chemically. We called the surgeon. He was very professional and handled the incident as quickly as he could. Please note however that if I had this procedure done at a facility where there were nurses to observe me overnight --- a hospital --- my medical treatment would have been expedited exponentially. After much upset, my face was beginning to show serious aging around the eyes and forehead. I proceeded with the usual diligence with research and tons of questions, but was absolutely terrified of having another board certified 'yahoo' cut on my most beloved feature: my eyes..... Until I met Dr. White. He was so excited about doing my surgery and detected my over-amplified and frequently expressed fears of surgery. He remained positive, upbeat and energetic. From the moment I met with Dr. White, I was sold. I had been to another doctor but was not impressed with his work. Dr. White seems to be a perfectionist and really gets into his work. I wanted you to know that at this time of two weeks post-surgery I have not once 2nd guessed my decision to have you operate on me. In fact, however weird this may sound, I've had a kind of emotional healing through all of this! Don't really know how that can come about in a person's heart and mind --- especially since you cut me open! Anyway, please indulge me for a few sentences: When I was a girl back in MO, I was sexually abused several years before the age of 5. And yes, even though I was young, I remember it too well. At age 5, some little ladies living down my street reported me to the social services and had me removed from that HORRIBLE place! My foster parents took me in and loved me like I was their very own flesh and blood. Now nearly 45 years later and I honestly swear this beautiful, wonderful, almost spiritual feeling --- as if being made new again --- washed over me! I knew, because of you and your staff, I was being made complete in my body with an emotional healing you guys had no idea would happen! Nor did I. But, I thank you for being a part of my life! Dr. White, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. I wanted to have breast augmentation surgery for years. I wanted to wait until I was done having and nursing children about now I wish I had done this surgery years ago. I was worried about having surgery because I was afraid of what others might think. I was afraid I would not be able to run anymore. I was afraid I would not fit into a size small blouse. I was afraid I would have been dissatisfied with the size. Dr. White and his staff were amazing. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to have the surgery. I was immediately excited to see the end results. Picking what size to be was very subjective and I needed to have full trust in Dr. White because, he does not allow you to pick a typical size A, B, C, or to mention how many cc's you would like. Instead, you have to pick if you would like to have 1). The smallest implant you could get for your body size, 2). Just right, 3). The biggest and still look natural or 4). The biggest for my body type. The choice was difficult but it made sense and in the end Dr. White nailed it. He did just what I asked, just by listening to my response to those four choices. He is just that amazing. I still fit into all of my clothes (size small blouses) only with a better fit. It was just right and hubby was happy too. After the surgery, I was amazed as to how easy the recovery phase was. There was no bruising and little to no pain. I took the recommended time off from excessive physical activity but soon returned to doing everything like including running. I run about 15 miles a week without any difficulties. I can now wear swimsuits that I could not wear before. I can wear a regular bra (not a padded bra) YEAH!!!! I can wear tube tops and open back formals without difficulties now. As soon as I met you, Dr. White, I knew that you where the plastic surgeon for me. Your kind, patient, and thorough manner have made me feel at ease at every step of this process. I've never looked forward to doctor's appointments, but you are the exception: you and your staff always make me feel like I'm your most important patient! From the first time I met you, I never felt a moment's hesitation about going through with this surgery. No pre-surgery jitters ... just excitement. No after surgery doubts or regrets ... just overwhelming joy at the results (which far surpass anything I ever thought possible)! Being a designer all my life, I actually look at things in pixels and picas (rather than inches). So when you told me where my new areolas would be, I hardly thought it possible. Prior to this surgery, they were so large that they had lost their definition. Now, when I stand in front of the mirror, I am totally amazed at their clarity, alignment, and perfect symmetry. I love them! I remember when we had to take the before photos. Even though I was humiliated to be standing there with my large, sagging breasts in full view (in fact, no one except my doctors had seen them for quite some time), you took the time to reassure and comfort me, telling me, This is the worst part. You were right. Even the after-surgery pain was minimal (and short-lived). By the way, taking the after photos was really fun since I am now happy to show off my new breasts. At 57, I now have the breasts I had at 15 (actually they're even better!). As you know, my friends have started calling me Perky. And, believe me, that does not refer to my disposition! According to my best friend, I've gone from being a candidate for the Discovery Channel to being a prime candidate for the Playboy Channel. I actually laugh out loud every time I try on a new (smaller) blouse or brassiere. I've gone from a double-GG to a C. Buying new clothes has never been this much fun. I am a male 53 years old. I have never before been able to wear tight fitting shirts or been able to swim without a shirt due to large breasts. I was always so self-conscious about my chest area and embarrassed to take off my shirt. Now after the breast reduction (liposuction), I am able to wear every shirt that I want to. Don't want to wear anything but Polo's now and swim with just my swimsuit on. No shirt! People comment that I look fit and that I have lost weight. I love my new chest!
